Board Committees
The nine board members of the Montana Board of Investments also oversee three committees: the Audit Committee, the Human Resource Committee and the Loan Committee.
The following includes a description of each committee, a list of those members who sit on that committee and a copy of the Committee Charter.

Purpose of the Committee - To discharge the Board’s responsibilities relating to personnel matters of all Board staff and compensation of the Board’s exempt staff. |

Loan Committee

Purpose of the Committee - To provide the due diligence required for Coal Tax Trust loans and enhancement of Montana Facility Finance Authority (MFFA) bonds greater than $1 Million; to review and approve program policies prior to presentation to the Board; to provide guidance regarding pricing of loans; and to review and take appropriate action on all staff recommendations for loans and MFFA bonds greater than $1 Million and up to $5 Million. |
